Norway

I think Norway is my favorite country. Why? Quite simply: mountains and sea at once. Especially in Northern Norway there are fantastic mountains, which steeply flow directly into the sea. Then the beautiful little wooden houses, space, less people, AND: EVERYTHING IS SO MUCH SLOWER than here!

I know only one region of Sweden: Lapland. Especially the Sarek National Park. So far I was allowed to get to know this area in autumn and winter.

I also know only a fraction of Finland. I am drawn there mainly because of the brown bears, wolves, owls and wolverines. Nowhere else in Europe is it probably so easy to observe and photograph these wild animals.
